Duties and responsibilities :

• Recruiting and managing a team of five engineers,
• Project management in high-stakes environments with high technical constraints (with up to 10 collaborators in each project)
• Driving meetings and defining roadmaps,
• Designing System's architectures,
• Optimizing budgets and production time,
• Writing technical documents : Roadmap, Specifications, Disaster Recovery Plan, Business Continuity Plan,
• Defining and implementing best practices,
• Deploying and training internal users with email best practices: CI/CD Pipelines,
• Managing over a thousand servers.

Projects and achievements :

• Optimizing server resources with cryptocurrency mining (Monero)
• Designing and implementing complex systems and servers architectures in order to meet the different requirements of scalability, availability and performance of the Group's projects,

• Designed and implemented various NoSQL databases respecting the technical requirements specifications,
• Standardisation work on PCI DSS standard for the electronic banking platform,
